Either JaGex's Customer Support is just a machine that randomly accepts or denies appeals, or it's a team of humans that don't even know what RuneScape is.

No, They process it like this:
If u are a non mem they say what happened to me "We have conclusive evidence, etc."
If you are a mem they actually consider it, but if u have bad luck they screw you over.
If you are a Player Moderator they let you go unless you send in an appeal like "Jagex is bull, eff you guys!"
